GC法同时测定六味安消胶囊中三组分含量

GC simultaneous determination of three constituents in Liuwei' anxiao capsules

目的:建立六味安消胶囊中对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用GC内标法,色谱柱:大连中汇达PEG-20M毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm);以对羟基苯甲酸乙酯为内标。结果:对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、土木香内酯和异土木香内酯分别在0.19～1.92mg·mL-1(r=0.9996),0.02～0.24mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),0.03～0.29mg·mL-1(r=0.9999)范围内有良好的线性关系(n=6);方法回收率(n=9)分别为98.7%,98.8%,98.4%,RSD分别为1.0%,1.8%,1.4%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可为六味安消胶囊的质量控制提供方法。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of ethyl-p- methoxy-cinnamate, alantolactone and iso-alantolactone in Liuwei＇anxiao capsule simultaneously. Methods ： GC was performed on Dalian Zhonghuida PEG-20M capillary column （ 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm ） with nitrogen as the carrier gas, and ethyl-ρ-hydroxybenzoate was used as an internal standard. Results ： The liner response range were 0.19 - 1.92 mg·mL-1 （ r = 0.9996 ）, 0.02 - 0.24 mg·mL-1 （ r = 0.9999 ） and 0.03 - 0.29 mg·mL-1 （ r = 0.9999 ）, respectively （ n = 6 ）; the mean recoveries（ n = 9 ） of ethyl-p-methoxy-cinnamate, alantolactone and iso-alantolactone were 98.7 %, 98.8 % and 98.4 %, respectively. Conclusion ： The method is simple, quick and accurate. It is suitable for quality control of this preparation.
