摘要
目的:研究2,3-二巯基乙二酸(DMSA)自组装膜及多巴胺在此修饰电极上的电化学行为。方法:利用电化学方法研究了多巴胺的电化学响应。结果:发现DMSA自组装膜对于多巴胺氧化能够起到明显的电催化作用。在优化条件下,多巴胺的氧化峰电流与其浓度在6.0×10-7~8.0×10-5mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-7mol.L-1。研究了多巴胺在此电极上的氧化机理,以及测定了相关的电化学参数。结论:该方法快速、准确,DMSA修饰电极可用于实际样品的测定。
objective:To investigate the electrochemical behaviors of meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) self-assembled monolayer and that of dopamine (DA) at this modified gold electrode. Method: The electrochemical response of dopamine (DA) was studied by electrochemical method. Results: It was found the DMSA monolayer showed an obvious electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of dopamine. At the optimum conditions, the peak currents of dopamine were proportional to the concentrations in the range of 6.0×10^-7 - 8.0×10^-5 mol·L^-1 with the detection limits of 5.0×10^-7mol·L^-1. The oxidation mechanism of dopamine (DA) was invested and some electrochemical parameters were also been determined. Conclusion: This method was rapid and accurate and the DMSA self-assembled electrode can be used to determine DA in the real sample.
