摘要
目的:测定射干配方颗粒中射干苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱方法,使用Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水(78∶22),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长265nm,柱温35℃。结果:射干苷进样量在0.06~0.48μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999。高、中、低3个剂量组平均回收率(n=3)分别为99.05%,100.1%,100.0%;RSD分别为0.51%,1.4%,0.55%。结论:本文建立的高效液相色谱方法操作简便,准确度高,可用于射干配方颗粒中射干苷的含量测定。
Objective:To determine the content of belamcandinin Shegan dispensing granules.Methods:The HPLC method was established.The analysis was carried out on Diamonsil C18 (46 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column;The mobile phase of belamcandinwas acetonitrile-02% phosphoric acid(78∶22) at a flow rate of 10 mL·min-1;The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results:The linear range of belamcandin was 006-048 μg(r=09999).In the high,medium,low concentration,the average recoveries of belamcandin were 9905%,1001%,1000% with corresponding RSD 051%,143%,055%.Conclusion:The HPLC method is easy and precise to determine the content of belamcandinin Shegan dispensing granules.
