基于DSP芯片的桌面视频会议系统终端硬件设计

The design of terminal hardware in desktop video confer encing system based on DSP chips

介绍一种基于局域网的会议电视终端。符合ＩＴＵ－Ｔ的Ｈ．２６３和Ｇ．７２６压缩标准，采用新一代的ＤＳＰ芯片ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ８２，在普通ＰＣ机平台上实现会议电视系统终端功能。

A video conferencing terminal based on LAN is described in this paper.It is in compliance with the compression standards H263 and G726 of ITU,the new generation of DSP chip TMS320C82 is used in it,and the terminal functions of video conferencing system can be implemented on ordinary PC platforms.
