摘要 以新鲜山苍子为原料,通过Fenton体系和碘量法,测定了山苍子无水乙醇提取液、蒸馏水提取液对羟自由基和过氧化氢的清除作用。结果表明,山苍子无水乙醇提取液为5mL(相当于0·05g鲜山苍子),对羟自由基的清除率达到最高为96·51%,但小于6mL时,无水乙醇提取液清除羟自由基效果强于蒸馏水提取液;无水乙醇提取液对H2O2的作用在2·5mL(相当于2·5g鲜山苍子)清除率为98·12%,明显强于蒸馏水提取液。 Using fresh Litsea cubeba(Lour)pers as raw material,the effect of alcohol and distilled water extract from Litsea cubeba(Lour) pers on scavenging to hydroxyl free radical and hydrogen peroxide was investigated in this article.The result showed as the follows:the scavenging to hydroxyl free radical achieved high, was 96.51% when the extract of alcohol was 5mL, but the effect of alcohol extract was better than that of distilled water extract below 6mLThe scavenging to hydrogen peroxide was 98.12% in 2.5mL, it was obvious stronger than that of the distilled water.
