玉米幼芽提取物毛发营养片的制备工艺研究

摘要 采用多指标(片形外观、片质量差异、硬度、脆碎度)综合评分方法,通过正交实验筛选出制备玉米幼芽提取物(EMP)毛发营养片的最佳配方。结果表明,制备EMP毛发营养片的工艺参数为EMP1%、大豆粉与海藻粉的配比为1∶0·5、蔗糖15%、羧甲基纤维素钠1·5%、硬酯酸镁1·5%,烘干温度为35℃。由该方法制备的EMP毛发营养片配方合理,成型质量好,硬度适宜,片面光滑、完整、边缘整齐,制备工艺简单易行,适合现代化企业大规模生产要求。 The formula of the compound extract from maize plumule (EMP) hair nutrient tablets was optimized by orthogonal design and multi-index ( observing appearance, tablet weight, hardness, friability) comprehension score method.The results showed that the best processing parameters was the EMP content 1 %,the mass rate between soybean meal and dried marine algae powder was 1:0.5,the sucrose content was 5% ,the CMC content was 1.5% ,the dolomol content was 1.5% ,and dry temperature was 35℃.The tablets are reasonable in formula,the forming quality of which is good and preparation technics is easy.The hardness of the optimized tablet is reasonable,and its surface is smooth and intact.
