超声辅助溶剂法提取珠子参总皂苷工艺的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用超声辅助溶剂法提取珠子参总皂苷,以皂苷产率为评价指标,用正交实验对超声提取工艺进行了优化,确定超声波提取最佳工艺条件为:超声波提取温度50℃、功率300W、提取时间2h、料液比1∶30。结果表明,超声辅助溶剂法的提取效果优于传统溶剂法,超声波提取具有提取时间短、提取率高、纯度高、无污染等特点。 The ultrasonic-assisted solvent method was applied to extract total saponins from Panax Japonicus C.A. Mey.var.Regarding the content of total saponins as the index of investigation,the orthogonal array was adopted in the experiment.According to the results of orthogonal experimental design, the optimum extracting conditions of total saponins were as follows: ultrasonic temperature 50℃, ultrasonic power as 300W, 2h in extraction time and solid-liquid as 1:30.Compared with traditional method,this method was better because of its advantages, such as time-saving and high efficiency.
