苦瓜多糖的分离纯化及抗氧化性的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用DEAE-Cellulose DE-52柱层析、Sephadex G-75葡聚糖凝胶柱、GPC和化学分析等手段,探讨了苦瓜粗多糖的分离纯化及抗氧化性等功能活性。结果表明,苦瓜粗多糖经分离提纯后初步得到四个部分,所占比例依次为64·28%、14·28%、7·14%和14·28%,样品纯度达到约96%,纯化的苦瓜多糖重均分子量集中在33000Da附近。苦瓜多糖溶液对有机自由基和超氧离子具有显著清除作用,清除率随多糖溶液浓度的增加而提高,存在最适浓度,在某些条件下接近100%。 The purification and functional properties of soluble momordica polysaccharide were studied by DEAE- Cellulose DE- 52, Sephadex G-75 glucan gel column chromatography and chemical analysis technology, respectively.The results showed that four parts were isolated, each occupied 64.28%, 14.28%, 7.14%, 14.28% proportion.The purity of processed momordica polysaccharide reached to 96%, and molecular weight distribution of purified one around 33000Da.The sample solution showed apparent antioxidant activity and scavenged superoxide ion & organic radical effectively.The ratio of removal increased with concentration of polysaccharide increasing,it was even approximate 100% under certain condition.
