摘要
研究了以乙醇作为溶剂,以甘草苷的提取率为评价指标,利用正交实验,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:料液比为1∶14(g/mL),乙醇浓度为60%,超声温度为50℃,超声时间40min,与传统加热回流的提取方法相比,超声提取时间短、温度低、甘草苷的提取率较高。
The extraction of licorice glycoside from licorice by ultrasonic wave was studied using the orthogonal test. The optimum extracting condintions of licorice glycoside were as follows.the extracting time was 40 minutes,the extracting.temperature w. as 50℃,the ratio of material to fluid was 1:14.Compared to traditional extraction method, this method has the advantage of simple procedure and high extraction yield.
