摘要
为了确定柿霜中碳水化合物的种类和含量,采用了薄板层析法、比色法、离子色谱法测定柿霜中的还原糖,结果表明,柿霜中糖含量占总重量的78·31%,还原糖占柿霜总重的58·21%,还原糖的种类和含量分别为:葡糖糖55·52%、果糖2·61%,鼠李糖微量和阿拉伯糖微量,无半乳糖和木糖。
The type of reducing saccharide in the dried persimmon frost and the concentration of each one were investigated by the thin layer chromatography plate,colorimetry and ion chromatography.The results showed that there were 78.31 gram total saccharides including 58.21 gram reduced sugar(55.52 gram glucose and 2.61 gram fructose) and slight amount rhamnose, arabinose, without xylose and galactose based on 100 gram dried persimmon.
