摘要
主要针对维生素A、维生素C和维生素E三种典型维生素,介绍了国内外酶法合成维生素酯类衍生物的研究进展。比较了三种维生素酯类的不同合成方法及各自的优缺点,指出了其良好的市场前景。
The research progress on synthesis of vitamin esters by enzyme, including three kinds of typical vitamins -vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E, was presented.Different methods in synthesizing vitamin esters and their specific features, merits and demerits were outlined.The expected growth of these applications was presented.
