摘要
综述了电纺丝中无针纺(NES)电纺丝技术的基本原理。无针纺电纺丝技术的关键是在聚合物溶液或聚合物熔体表面产生扰动。分析了无针纺电纺丝产生表面扰动的3种典型方法,即磁场产生扰动的无针纺技术、充气溶液气泡产生扰动的无针纺技术和旋转表面电极产生扰动的无针纺技术,并比较和总结了这3种方法的原理、特点和应用。以盘式旋转电极对聚碳酸酯溶液进行无针纺的初步实验为实例,证明无针纺的可行性和相对于针式纺的高效性。
The fundamental mechanisms on the needleless electrospinning were described. The three typical approaches to induce perturbed surface waves during needleless electrospinning, namely magnetic field, aerated solution bubbling, and rotating disc electrodes, were introduced, with their principles, features and applications analyzed. The advantages of needleless electrospinning in feasibility and efficiency over needle electrospinning were confirmed in the experiments using rotating disc electrode method.
