摘要 采用新一代有机磷阻燃剂CJ1002对20%玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)进行阻燃改性,研究了有机磷阻燃剂对PBT复合材料力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,当有机磷阻燃剂含量为18%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的拉伸强度与弯曲强度变化不大,冲击强度下降33%,极限氧指数达到30.1%,阻燃级别V0;在以上体系中加入CTI协效剂后,材料力学性能与阻燃性能下降,相比漏电起痕指数(CTI)上升。当CTI协效剂含量为2%时,CTI最高值为600V,当CTI协效剂含量为1%时,材料的综合性能最好。 The influence of an organic phosphorus flame-retardant (CJ1002) on the mechanicalproperties and the flame-retardancy of glass fiber (20 wt%) reinforced polybutylece terephthalate(PBT) was investigated. When the content of the CJ1002 was 18 wt%, the tensile strength andflexural strength of the composite changed a little,impact strengh decreased by 33 %, the oxygenindex reached 30. 1%,and the flame retandant grade was V0. When 2 wt% of CTI synergist wasintroduced in PBT/GF composition,the comparative tracking index(CTI) reached the maximum of600 V, however, the mechanical properties and flame-retardaney decreased. When the CTI syner-gist content was 1 wt%,the optimal comprehensive properties were observed.
