突发性群体事件及其演化机理分析

Analysis on Mass Emergency and Its Evolutive Mechanism

本文通过概述突发性群体事件研究现状和总结我国现阶段突发性群体事件的典型案例,分析了突发性群体事件演化的主要影响指标和主要影响因素。在此基础上,从系统分析的角度构建了突发性群体事件的静态结构和动态流程,提出了演化机理对预防和应对突发性群体事件的启示。

This article analyses the major indexes and factors influencing the evolution of mass emergency by summarizing current research situation of the mass emergency and typical cases of our country at the present stage. On this basis, we build the static structure and dynamic processe of mass emergency from the view of system analysis and bring up some suggestions of evolutive mechanism to handle mass emergency.
