摘要本文以高新技术企业为研究对象,讨论了高新技术企业研发合作模式的类型及影响因素,基于Logit模型对北京市高新技术企业研发合作模式选择进行了实证研究,提出了高新技术企业选择研发合作模式的建议。 The paper discusses the types and influencing factors for patterns of R＆D cooperation, empirically analyses the choice of R＆D cooperation patterns of Hi - tech enterprises in Beijing through establishing Logit model, and gives some suggestions that the Hi - tech enterprise chooses the appropriate patterns of R＆D cooperation.
