Choice of Transnational Equity Investment Approaches for Domestic Petroleum Company Based on Multi-level Gray Synthesis Appraisal

开展跨国产权投资是我国石油公司参与国际油气资源竞争、获取油气资源开采权的有效途径。本文以石油公司跨国产权投资方式及其特点评述为切入点,通过我国石油公司跨国产权投资方式选择影响因素的分析,建立了跨国产权投资方式选择评价指标体系,并运用了多层次灰色综合评价方法,进行了相应的实证研究。

Developing transnational property - right operation is an effective way for domestic petroleum company to participate in the international oil ＆ gas resources competition and gain the right to exploit international oil ＆ gas resource. Expounding petroleum company＇ s transnational property - right investing ways and respective characteristic, the influencing factors for domestic petroleum company to choose transnational property - right investing way was analyzed and relevant evaluation system was set up. And we made the relevant positive research by using the multi - level gray synthesis appraisal method.
