介绍了系统的功能、外部接口电路、PLC的I/O地址分配及梯形图。在电动机运行前,该保护系统对外部保护线路、PLC内部程序及PLC自身进行检查。若保护系统完好,发出允许起动信号,否则禁止电动机起动。跳闸采用三个脉冲信号,合闸只发一个脉冲信号。该系统与传统的保护系统相比,可靠性及安全性有较大提高,目前已成功地应用在2500kW高压同步电动机上。
he features, external interface circuit, I/O addresses assignment of PLC and ladder diagram of the system are introduced. Before the operation of the motor, the system detects the external protective circuit, PLC and its internal program. If the system is “ok”,an “enable” signal for startup is transmitted, otherwise, the startup of the motor is inhibited. Three pulses signals are needed for trip and one is needed for closing. This system has better reliability and safety as compared with the traditional one. Now it's successfully applied with H-V synchronization motors.
