摘要
在电动机的起动过程中,要求其起动电流不要过大,并且对于不同的生产过程应有不同的起动时间。为此研制成一种新型的电动机起动装置。文章介绍了该起动装置的组成、控制电路的工作原理以及启动控制电路的软件设计。该起动装置主要由单片机和晶闸管组成,可以控制电动机的起动过程及预先设置起动过程所需的时间;操作方便,功耗低,适用于多台电动机的起动;已在现场运行,效果良好。
hile starting the electric motor, it's required that the starting current is not too high and the starting time will be different for diverse processes. Hence, a new kind of starting device of electric motor is developed for this purpose. This article introduces the makeup of the device and the operation principle of the control circuit. The device consisting of singlechip microprocessor and thyristors can control the startup process of a motor and preset the starting time. The device features with easy operation, low power consumption and is suitable for starting several motors. The device has been put into operation with good result.
