不同采收时间半夏浸出物及粗多糖的含量测定

Contents of Water-Solwble Extract and Polysaccharide in Pinellia Ternata Derived from Different Harvesst Time

目的：比较不同采收时间半夏浸出物及粗多糖的含量变化,为确定半夏适宜的采收时间提供依据。方法：浸出物含量测定采用药典规定的水溶性浸出物中的热浸法;粗多糖含量测定采用硫酸-苯酚法。结果：10~11月份所采收的五批药材的水溶性浸出物含量分别为：26.85%、26.40%、26.12%、25.55%、26.39%;粗多糖含量分别为：10.90%、9.37%、10.99%、11.05%、12.16%。结论：半夏集中倒苗期其水溶性浸出物及粗多糖含量较高。

Objective： To Compare the contents of water - soluble extract and polysaccharide in Pinellia ternata which were derived from different harvest time. Method ： the contents of water - soluble extract was determined by the Hot - dip method in the Ch. P ; Sulphuric acid - Phenol colrimetry was used to determined the contents of polysaccharide. Result： The contents of Water - soluble extract in Pinellia ternata derived from October to November were 26.85%, 26.40%, 26. 12%, 25.55%, 26.39%, and the contents of polysaccharide werel0.90%, 9.37%, 10. 99%, 11.05%, 12. 16%. Conclusion： The contents of water - soluble extract and polysaccharide in Pinellia temata were relatively higher at the withering period.
