摘要
目的:考察抗焦虑颗粒水煎煮工艺条件。方法:以加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数3个因素进行正交试验,分别以芦丁和葡萄糖为对照品测定总黄酮和多糖含量,并以总黄酮、多糖含量和浸膏收率为评价指标综合评分,确定抗焦虑颗粒煎煮工艺最佳条件。结果:抗焦虑颗粒的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.0 h。结论:抗焦虑颗粒剂提取工艺合理、可行。
Objective: To investigate the extraction condition of Kang jiaolu granules. Methods: The orthogonal design was used, volume of wate, the inclusion ime, the deeoction number of times were studied. Take Rutin and the glucose as the comparison, the determination Kang Jiaolu granules formulation decoction craft optimum condition with the total flavonoids , the polysaccharides and extracts receives rate. Results: The optimum conditions for inclusion were: Adds 10 time of quantity water, the decoction 3 times, time is 1.0 hours. Conclusion: The conclusion Kang jiaolu granular formulation extraction craft is reasonable and feasible.
