目的:为中药川贝母的临床应用提供参考。方法:对中药川贝母正品及伪品的性状鉴别和化学成分进行了汇总分析。结果和结论:川贝母与伪品川贝母虽外形相似,但伪品川贝母的药材性状均呈整块状,不得分瓣。这是鉴别川贝母真伪的重要特征。另外,土贝母有大毒,须格外注意。
