摘要
改善IT项目绩效是商业银行IT管理的主要目的。汇丰集团具有先进的IT项目管理技术,其中包括IT项目的全过程评估体系,具有配套的IT指导委员会和内部计价收费等机制,还具有IT部门条线化财务管理等深层次制度支撑。当前,我国商业银行IT管理体制以及IT项目全过程评估机制还相对不完善,直接制约了IT绩效的提升。为此,建议借鉴汇丰IT管理的先进经验和技术,在逐步完善IT项目评估机制的基础上,持续完善IT管理体制。
The main purpose of IT management in commercial bank is to prove the performance of IT project. HSBC group is equipped with advanced IT management technique, including the process evaluation system, IT guidance committee and internal charging mechanism. Currently, commercial banks in China are not well equipped with advanced IT management mechanism and IT project process evaluation, resulting in the constraint of IT performance. We suggest that commercial banks continuously improve IT management system on basis of the experience of HSBC group.
