高校体育与健康课体操教师现状的调查研究

College Sports and Health Class Teacher on the Investigation of Present Situation of Gymnastics

使用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对高校体育与健康课体操教师现状的调查研究,发现体操教师以中青年为主,总体学历结构偏低,男女健美操教师比例失衡,进修状况令人担忧,分析现状原因,并提出了相应建议,期望对高校体育与健康课改革提供参考依据。

Investigating and researching to the present situation of the gymnastic teachers in PE and health in the institutions of higher school in Shandon province by the method of literature and expert visiting and questionnaire investigate, we find the gymnastic teachers give priority to the middle and young people, their educational level frame is on the low side, attend in a advanced studies at sixes and sevens, we analyze whys and bring forward corresponding suggests by actuality, look forward to offer the reference of theory and practice to the reform in PE and health of the higher school.
