摘要
本文从 1 998年国际光纤通信会议论文集 ,观察当今光纤通信研究试验的重点 ,分六部分作简单评述 :(1 )密集波分多路 ,(2 )宽带光纤放大器 ,(3)非零色散光纤 ,(4)光子器件阵列集成 ,(5 )光时分多路 ,(6 )全光通信网。
Based on the postdeadline papers of OFC 98,the paper attempts to review the highlights of recent research works on optical fiber communication technology.It discusses the special features of the following six aspects of research:(1)Dense Wavelength Division Multiplex,(2)wide band fiber amplifier,(3)Non Zero Dispersion Fiber,(4)Photonic Integrated Circuits,(5)Optical Time Division Multiplex,(6)AON.
