摘要
对地质样品中的锡、钨、钼三个项目连测进行了试验,分别采用硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸分解试样,盐酸提取和氢氧化钠熔融,沸水提取,在ICP发射光谱仪上测定钨、锡、钼等元素,精密度和准确度均能达到DZ/T130-2006的要求。
The three elements-tungsten,tin,molybdenum in geological samples were determined,decompose samples respectively using Nitrate,Hydrofluoric acid and Perchloric acid,extract with hydrochloric acid and melt with sodium hydroxide,extract with boiling water.Determining tungsten,tin,molybdenum by ICP emission spectrograph can fulfil requirements for DZ/T130-2 006 in precision and accuracy.
