Cleaning process and medium recovery system at Liangbei coal preparation plant introduced;discussed were the measures for reduction of medium consumption such as control of fine slime content in cleaning system,promoting performance of sieve band and de-medium screen,upgrading efficiency of magnetic separator,quality control of powdery magnetite,control of solid content in circulating water,enforced control and management in the course of production;implementation of which leads to an effective reduction of medium consumption.
