摘要
我国法定退休年龄偏低,在当前企业社会保险费率过高,养老保险金缺口巨大的背景下,延长法定退休年龄成为改革的必然趋势。但在巨大的就业压力以及社会各阶层利益需要平衡的背景下,应当选择在条件成熟时,再开始小步渐进逐步延长劳动者的退休年龄,并研究建立更加人性化的弹性退休制度。
Compared to other countries, the lawful retire age in China is relative younger. Against the background of extra-high social insurance premium rate and the tremendous shortage gap of the amount of old-age insurance fees for aged people, to extend the lawful retire age has become an inevitable tendency. In current condition, there exist huge employment difficulties and the benefit and interests among all ranks and classes in society needed to be balanced. As a result, a mature pre-condifion shall be chosen to start extending retire age gradually in small steps, and a more humanization flexible retire system shall be studied and establish.
