By using the early warning mechanism to direct safety management at coal mines, dynamic pre-warning for production is achieved. The mechanism offers real-time risk assessment and threshold value alarms for safety production conditions based on alarming classes, start the emergency plans for risks treatment in time, which is beneficial to decrease risk class, control accident development and present an important channel to achieve coal mine intrinsic safety.
