摘要 本文介绍了钢塑复合管卡箍连接管件的卡箍、橡胶密封圈、内衬套的作用机理。说明了卡箍连接技术在煤矿井下排水、压风、喷浆管路系统中具有结构合理、密封安全可靠、经济效益高等优点。并对橡胶密封圈、卡箍的材料选择和生产加工做了简单介绍。 The article introduces the mechanism of action about the lathedog,grommets and neck bush in the lathedog connecting plumbings of the steel-plastic composite pipe . It also notes the interconnection technique with a reasonable structure, safe and reliable seal and high economic efficiency in the drainage, air pressure and shotcrete pipeline system in the coal mine. At last this paper makes a brief introduction about the choice of materials and the production process of the grommet and the lathedog.
