摘要
针对目前国内市场上均采用数字机械式结构热量表的现状,提出了一种基于无磁流量传感方式的热量表设计方法。热量表采用一表一参的技术,对温度和流量进行非线性校正,使测量结果与实际值更吻合。建立高精度数学模型,确保热量计算的公式误差在万分之五以内。理论推导和现场实验结果表明,该热量表能够在低功耗和高精度两方面取得很好的效果,且设计方案切实可行,已经逐步向市场推广。
According to the current situation that heat meters with digital and mechanical structure are widely used in the domestic market, a design plan based on the nonmagnetic flow sensor is mentioned. This plan adopts a one-meter-one-parameter technique to correct the flow curve and temperature curve nonlinearly, which makes the measure result match actual value more. High precision mathematical models are built to ensure that the formula errors of heat calculation are within 0.05%. The theoretical analysis and experimentaI results prove that a desired result is achived in both low power and high accuracy areas. The design is feasible and the product has been promoted into the market step by step.
