摘要
利用GIS技术、图形建模技术、可视化技术、动画技术及数据库技术,结合Visual C++6.0和OpenGL,建立了煤矿数字工作面仿真系统。系统设计数据采集、数据库、模型库、仿真控制中心、可视化输出和自动化控制六个功能模块,建立了基于GIS煤矿数字工作面仿真系统结构及数据库框架。系统以皮带巷道、采煤工艺、通风设施为例,分析了物理模型及交互控制下的可视化输出实现过程。系统以采煤机摇臂自动调高为例,分析了自动控制软件结构。系统的实现为以后整个矿井的仿真及数字化建设提供了可行的思路和方法。
Applying GIS technology, graphic technology, visualization technology, animation technology and database technology, and combining with Visual C++6.0 and OpenGL, a simulation system of numerical mining face was established. Six function modules were designed in this system, including data acquisition, database, model base, simulation and control center, visual output and automatic control. System structure of numerical mining face based on GIS and database structure were established. Taking belt laneway, coal mining technology and ventilation equipment for example, the realization process of physical model and visual output base on interactive control was analyzed. Taking automatic Lifting for anging arm of shearer for example, auto-control software structure was analyzed. The realization of this system put forward a feasible method to mine simulation and digital construction.
