图书馆工作人员内部借阅时,必然会有一定的"特权",从而引发了一系列图书馆借阅中的不良现象。分析了内借存在的问题,同时提出了几点整改措施。

It is inevitable that the librarians must enjoy some privileges when they borrow books from the library, which causes some undesirable phenomena in the library borrowing. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the internal borrowing, and puts forward some measures of making corrections.
