The laser detonating smash-therapy instrument is a novel medical instrument that can be used in the therapy of gastric bezoar especially. This instrument applies Nd:YAG or Nd:YVO4 laser pulse-energy to detonating a mini-explosive-head that can smash gastric bezoar well. For more convenient therapy,its volume is reduced greatly.
