从风险社会理论谈女性科技创新人才的建构

On the Construction of Scientific and Technological Innovative Female Talents from the Theory of Risk Society

在风险社会时代背景下,女性在自我认同的前提下需要将自己塑造成科技创新人才,以此来达到对科技风险的自我防卫和参与规避。女性科技创新人才的建构还有利于打破自然与社会的对立状况,促使女性的解放。由于受到各种条件的限制,女性参与科技创新活动的数量还比较缺乏,这需要我们为女性参与科技创新创造良好的制度环境,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面建构女性科技创新人才。

On the background of the risky society, female need to make themselves talents of scientific and technological innovation, to have self- defense and take part in guard against scientific and technological risk in the precondition of self- identity. The construction of female talents of scientific and technological innovation is also beneficial to breaking the confrontation of nature and society, and promoting the liberation of female. Because of the restrietions of various kinds of conditions, the number of activities that female taking part in scientific and technological innovation is still in lack. We should create institutional environment for female to take part in scientific and technological innovation, constructing scientific and technological innovative female talents at macro, median and micro levels.
