介绍了广石化近年来在双边工程中对用火作业,在进行风险分析的基础上,实施安全管理的具体措施,如落实现场隔离措施,培训专职用火监护人员,加强外来施工队伍管理,严格执行作业票证的签发,提高监督检查的科学性等。
The fire operation was managed during the course of bilateral projects through the implementing site isolation measures,enhancing the management of external construction member,controlling strictly the signing of operation ticket,improving the scientific level of supervision and examination,to realize safe production of units and success of unit extension revamp.
