Research and Design of Oil Depot Safety Degree Evaluation Software

为了客观、主动、科学、方便地对油库安全进行评估,有针对性地采取预防措施,结合油库安全管理工作的实际,详细研究并设计了油库安全度评估软件。经实际应用表明,该软件功能完整、操作方便,符合实际应用要求,提高了评估效率,提升了油库安全管理水平。

In order to evaluate oil depot safety degree objectively,initiatively,scientifically and conveniently,and to take preventive measure pertinently,combining the practice of oil depot safety management,an oil depot safety evaluation software was investigated and designed.The application results showed that the software based on proper theory was easily to operate with complete functions design and could meet the requirement of actual application,which increased evaluation efficiency and improved oil depot safety management level.
