Design Scheme of Pipeline Network in Tieling Commercial Crude Reserve Base

铁岭原油商业储备库工艺管网敷设方式根据储备库功能的需要和储罐竖向台阶式布置等具体情况,通过不同方案的比较,确定在库区防火堤内采用地上敷设,在站场内采用地上敷设与管沟敷设相结合的方式;充分结合竖向布置,管线穿越防火堤时采用加钢管套管保护、设检修井、加柔性密封套管的方案,确保了工艺管线穿越防火堤的可靠性;实现了全管网内无放空和排水专用阀门,减少了安全隐患。

Based on the comparison of three laying options of pipeline network in Tieling commercial crude reserve base,it was determined that over-ground laying method was applied inside the fire dike of reservoir area,and over-ground laying method in combination with pipe channel laying was applied in station yard.The pipeline network was fully combined with vertical arrangement,and the pipes across fire dike were added with steel casing,maintenance well and flexible sealing sleeve,which assure the reliability of the pipes across fire dike.The whole pipeline network with no special valve for vent and drainage was realized,which reduced potential safety hazard.
