摘要 北京二商集团的发展是北京商业改革开放的缩影。改革开放30年来,经过三个阶段的改革和发展,北京二商实现了由政府职能局履行行政管理职能向出资人管理职能的转变,实现了产业布局和结构的战略性调整目标,实现了营销、技术、服务体系的创新,实现了传统老字号向现代知名品牌的成功转换,取得了历史性的成就。 The development of Beijing Er Shang Group of C. P. C is a microcosm of the Beijing' s business reform and opening - up. After 30 years' reform and opening - up, Beijing Er Shang Group of C. P. C changed its function from government administrative functions to investor management functions, achieved the goals that adjustment strategic of industrial layout and structure, achievement the innovation of marketing, technology and service system, realized the successful conversion from traditional old brand to modern well - known brand, through three stages reform and development, Beijing Er Shang Group of C. P. C made a historic achievement.
