北京永外城定位为销地专业批发市场,经过17年的发展,成为北京乃至全国最大的文化办公用品集散中心。本文从目标市场的选择、产业链环节的选择、市场业态选择等角度,探讨了永外城目标定位依据。在此基础上,明确企业未来战略选择。
Beijing Yongwaicheng position itself as a wholesale produce market,pasting 17 years development,it becomes the biggest stationery distribution center in Beijing and that in China as a whole.This paper investigates the basis for target location of Yongwaicheng,from the viewpoint of prediction of target market,the part of the chain and the market trade.And confirming the strategic choice of enterprise in future on the basis.
