不同血红蛋白水平对尿素清除率的影响

摘要 目的探讨用在线尿素清除率监测器(onlinec learance monitoring,OCM)监测不同血红蛋白水平对维持性血液透析病人尿素清除率的影响。方法将29例病人随机按血红蛋白水平分为两组,A组:Hb:100~130g/L;B组:Hb:50~99g/L。采用在线尿素清除率监测器(OCM)观察尿素清除率(Kt/V值)变化情况。结果A组:Kt/V值为1.22±0.8,B组:Kt/V值为1.54±1.0,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对于维持性血液透析病人,血红蛋白水平高,Kt/V值偏低;血红蛋白水平低,Kt/V值偏高。 Objective To explore the effect of different hemoglobin levels on urea clearance rate of maintenance hemodialysis patients by online clearance monitoring. Methods According to hemoglobin level 29 patients will be divided into two groups randomly,A group:Hb:100 -130 g/L; B group:Hb :50 -99 g/L. To observe the changes of urea clearance rate(Kt/V) by OCM. Results A group:Kt/V:1. 22 ±0.8; B group:Kt/V:1.54± 1.0. The two groups were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion For maintenance hemodialysis patients, hemoglobin level is higher,the value of Kt/V is lower;hemoglobin level is lower,the value of Kt/V is higher.
