血液透析滤过治疗多器官功能障碍综合征的分析

Analysis of the Hemodiafiltration Therapy on Multiple Organ Dysfunction Sydrome

目的探讨多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction sydrome,MODS)的血液净化治疗。方法2007—2008年对我院的23例多器官功能障碍综合征的患者行血液透析滤过治疗。结果治疗后生化指标有明显下降。21例治愈存活,1例放弃治疗,1例死亡。结论血液透析滤过是治疗多器官功能障碍综合征的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the blood purification therapy on MODS. Methods 23 MODS patients in our hospital from 2007 to 2008 were treated on HDF. Results Through HDF treatment, the biochemical indicators declined obviously. 21 patients were cured, 1 patient gived up, 1 patient was dead. Conclusion The HDF treatment is an effective method for MODS patients.
