花生油对绵羊体外瘤胃发酵指标的影响

Effects of peanut oil on ruminal fermentation in vitro

本研究采用体外批次培养技术,选择3只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的绵羊为瘤胃液供体,以微晶纤维素为培养底物,培养瓶中花生油的添加量分别为0、5、10、15mg和20mg,每个水平做3个重复,在培养4、8、16、24、36h和48h各时间点测定培养液中pH值、氨氮(NH3-N)浓度、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度和48h纤维素消失率,从而筛选花生油在体外培养中适宜的添加量。结果表明:随着花生油添加水平的逐渐增加,培养液中pH值呈上升趋势,NH3-N浓度、TVFA浓度和48h纤维素消失率逐渐降低。本试验中,在不影响瘤胃发酵的情况下花生油的最适宜添加量为5mg。

This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of peanut oil on ruminal fermentation by using batch culture technique in vitro. Ruminal fluid was obtained from three fistulated donor sheep,and peanut oil was supplemented at the level of 0,5,10,15 mg and 20 mg respectively,and each treatment included 3 repeats,and 0.6 g microcrystalline cellulose as culture material was used.After 4,8,16,24,36 h and 48 h incubation ,ruminal fermentation parameters including pH value, concentration of ammonia nitrogen and total volatile fatty acids in the culture fluid and disappearance rate of cellulose at the 48 h were determined.Results showed that the pH value of fermentation fluid was increased with the increasing level of peanut oil, but the concentration of ammonia nitrogen, total volatile fatty acids in the culture fluid and disappearance rate of cellulose at the 48 h were decreased. It was concluded that the optimum level of peanut oil was 5 mg in order to ensure the normal ruminal fermentation in this experiment.
