电针干预对自然周期冻融胚胎移植的影响

Effect of electro-acupuncture treatment on the patients undergoing the natural cycle of frozen embryo transfer

目的:研究电针对自然周期冻融胚胎移植的临床妊娠率和种植率的影响。方法:在有冷冻胚胎拟做冻融胚胎移植的患者中,选择自然周期有排卵的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组加用电针干预,观察两组间的临床妊娠率、种植率、移植日子宫内膜厚度。结果:治疗组的临床妊娠率及种植率高于对照组,但无统计学意义。子宫内膜厚度两组间无统计学意义。结论:电针干预对自然周期冻融胚胎移植有较好的临床作用。

Objectives： To study the effect of electro- acupuncture treatment on the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of frozen embryo transfer （FET） in a natural cycle. Methods： Women with frozen embryos who planned to receive FET and had spontaneous ovulation in a natural cycle were chosen for observation. They were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. Both were treated with conventional medicine in the very month of FET, but the treatment group was also given electro- acupuncture treatment. Results： The clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate and endometrial thickness between treatment group and control group were not shown to have statistical differenep. Conclusion： Electro - acupuncture treatment on the patients undergoing the natural cycle of frozen embryo transfer might have good clinical effect.
