摘要
电子线路与电子系统机辅分析的精度取决于所用的各种电路元件等效模型的精度,而如何建立各种电路元件精确的等效模型同时又要满足机辅分析对自动黑盒建模的要求是ECAD和EDA技术面临的难题,本文采用数学方程的综合推导和伴随方程的进一步完善,较好的从理论上解决这一难题。
The precision of computer aided analysis of electronics circuit and system depends on equivalent model precision of all kinds of using devices and elements. How to establish these precise equivalent models and meet the demands of computer aided analyses for automatic black box to establish models is a difficult problem for ECAD and EDA. This problem has been well overcome theoretically in this paper by adopting math equation's derivation and further perfection using fellow equation. It will provide the theoretical basis for the development of ECAD and EDA techniques.
