采用Motorola公司的MPC852T微处理器加载嵌入式实时操作系统pSOS,开发了一款检测光传输单板质量的智能测试系统;该系统包括CPCI测试平台和同步传输交叉LPS16A单板等硬件系统,以及相应的上位机和下位机软件系统,具有测试光传输单板上的电路信号和业务芯片质量的功能,且测试覆盖率高,所采用的测试方法对同类测试系统开发有参考价值;该智能测试系统已经过拷机测试,并投入生产线测试,表明所采用的测试方法可行。
By embedding an operating system pSOS into the MPC852T microprocessor of the Motorola company, an intelligent testing system is developed, which is applied to test the qualities of the optical transmission board. It consists of hardware system, including CPCI test platform and LPS16A, and the corresponding upper and lower software systems. It has the function of testing circuit signals and the qualities of chips on the cross--synchronous transmission board, and testing coverage is wide. The testing method used in this intelligent testing system can be taken as a reference for the other testing system design. The intelligent testing system has passed the high temperature tests, and is applied in the testing production line. Results show the testing approach is effective.
