摘要 研究一种对飞机发电机控制器(GCU)的智能测试方法;整个系统通过51系列单片机实现对GCU过压/欠压,过频/欠频,差分保护等17个项目的自动测试工作;单片机在对多个测试项目启控点控制的同时,也对电压,频率,时延等检测信号进行传输和处理;通过计算机对单片机发出测试控制信号和接受单片机上传的测试结果数据,保存测试报告;实践证明,通过该方案设计的GCU智能测试系统满足GCU元件维修维护手册(CMM)的要求,这种测试方法是切实可行的。 An intelligence test method to GCU was our target. 17 test programs were tested automatically including GCU over voltage/ under voltage, over frequency/under frequency, differenee protect and so on in the whole system. The single chip controlled the starting point of programs, at the same time transmitting and processing the test signal as voltage, frequency, time delay. Computer transmitted test control signal to the single chip and received test result by single chip, then saved the test report. Practice has shown this design of GCU intelligence test bed satisfied requirement of GCU CMM , it is workable to design the GCU in this way.
