摘要
PROFIBUS-PA作为现场总线中的一员,广泛应用于过程控制领域,对PROFIBUS-PA现场总线在过程自动化领域的实用价值进行了研究,分析了现场总线PROFIBUS-PA非循环通信DP-V1协议,以实现快速开发PROFIBUS-PA设备为最终目的,提出以ARM7作为管控CPU+专用协议芯片+固件设计PA智能从站嵌入式模块的方法,给出该模块的硬件设计原理,同时详细介绍软件设计思路;研制出的PA通信模块经测试达到了良好的通信效果,并具有通用性好,应用价值高的特点,使用这一模块设计者可以快速开发自己的总线通信产品。
As a mumber of Fieldbus, PROFIBUS- PA has been used in process control field widly. The practical value of PROFIBUS--PA in process automation area is researched. Acyclic communication DP--V1 protocol of PROFIBUS--PA fieldbus is analyzed. In order to achieve the purpose of developing PROFIBUS--PA devices rapidly, put forward a method using ARM7 as CPU+PROFI- BUS ASIC+Firmware to develop PRofibus--PA intelligent slave embedded module, given the hardware design structure, and introduce the software design method in detail. Developed module have been tested, show a good communication effect, and this design has good universality and high application value. Designer can develop his communication product fastly by using this module.
