摘要
本文从速率方程出发,考虑了泵浦光和激光模式的空间分布,分别推导了Nd:MgO:LiNbO3和钛扩散Er:LiNbO3波导激光器的阈值泵浦功率和斜率效率的一般表达式。根据实验条件给出了它们的计算值,大部分符合或接近实验结果。
Starting with rate equation and taking the spatial distributions of pump and laser modes into account,we have derived the general expressions of the threshold pump power and slope efficiency for Nd:MgO:LiNbO 3 and Ti diffused Er:LiNbO 3 waveguide lasers.Then,by assuming Gaussian/Hermite Gaussian or Gaussian/two half Gaussian mode intensity distributions in the directions of width/depth of the waveguide,their theoretical values were calculated on the basis of experimental condition and most of them agree with or close to the measured results.
