摘要
针对目前我国电厂冷凝管清洗设备在实际生产中所暴露出来的弊端,采用先进的检测技术及现代智能控制技术开发了冷凝器在线清洗系统;该系统利用先进的机器视觉技术实现冷凝管管口的精确定位,采用图像处理算法及管口定位算法提高定位精度;定位过程包括系统校正,图像预处理、二值化、确定管口圆心;实验结果表明,该定位系统运行稳定可靠,定位精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
A new type of on--line cleaning system for condenser tubes was designed with advanced testing techniques and modern control technology. Position precision has been improved greatly by image processing and tube localization algorithm. The positioning process includes image compensation, image preprocess, binary image and getting the coordinate of tubes centre. The Experiment results show that this system runs stably and accurately, high positioning accuracy and has broad prospects for the application.
