基于ARINC 429总线的飞机整流锥襟翼自动检查仪设计

摘要 介绍了我军某国产战斗机整流锥位移和襟翼角度控制原理及设计的基于429总线的飞机整流锥襟翼自动检查仪的结构和原理。该检查仪利用429总线板卡与大气数据计算机进行通信,读取当前的大气参数数据后送入PC/104工控计算机中,在合适的检测点控制计算机检测整流锥的伸出位移和襟翼偏转角度再送入计算机中进行处理。经使用表明:利用429总线板卡与大气数据计算机进行通信,读取当前的大气参数数据自动检查飞机整流锥位移和襟翼角度,简单方便,准确可靠,满足了该型飞机的保障要求。 The domination principle fairing cone and flap of our army new type aircraft is introduced. The configuration and principle for the auto tester for fairing cone and flap based on ARINC 429 bus is also introduced. The tester use ARINC 429 board to communicate with the data of air--data computer itt order to receive the data of atmospheric parameter and send the data to PC/104 industry control computer. The data be used to control PC/104 test displacement of fairing cone and angle of flap, The test result be sent to PC/104 industry control computer to be deal with and noted. It has be proved the method of use ARINC 429 board to communicate with the data of air--data computer so that to obtain the data of atmospheric parameter to auto test displacement of fairing cone and angle of flap is ease , accuracy and reliably. The method can satisfy maintenance requirement of aircraft.
